Professor Abdelmageed M. Othman is a Full Professor specializing in Microbial Chemistry and Applied Biotechnology. His core research focuses on the production, purification, and immobilization of microbial enzymes (like laccase) for environmental and industrial applications, such as pollutant biodegradation and dye degradation. He also works on developing novel nanomaterial composites and antimicrobial packaging films.
