  • He received his MD and MSc from the Wuhan University, School of Medicine in China.
  • He also received his MSc from the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
  • He completed his residency at the Wuhan University, School of Medicine, and postdoctoral research fellow training at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
  • He has joined University of Mississippi Medical Center as a faculty member since 2000.
