Biography
Dr. Liang received the PhD in Biomedical Informatics from the University of Texas, School of Biomedical Informatics and both the MS in Psychology and BE in Electronic & Information Engineering from Soochow University. He is an Assistant Professor at Louisiana Tech University, USA. He has participated in a number of NIH and private agency funded research projects.
